Spencer Martin was a chair of the Democratic Party in Power 1.0, following the resignation of Bernie Sanders. He was just as ineffective, if slightly more active, than Sanders. He resigned under pressure from HHH one day before the Great Rumcode Collapse, and Jeff Rolland became the next party chair.
He is thought to be a Canadian spy, although the question of whether he is a foreign agent has never been 100% confirmed or denied. Spencer also infamously got mad at Foreman Domai's leadership of the party and defected to the Communists briefly, before returning. He demanded $10 million from the party in order to remain a member .
