Independent Party is not an actual party, but rather than a placeholder that gets displayed for every Player who joins the game, but isn't part of a party. These players are called Independent politicans as they are not part of a official party. Technically 'Independent Party' has a ID and it's own logo and page, but the page is empty.
Independent politicans usually struggle to rise their influence and population and get into seats only in very rare occasions (most likely when unopposed or the opposition is not so active in their state), unless they are a Puppet of bigger party.
